Kasu :

Set within the lush coastal landscape of Goa, Kasu is a thoughtfully planned residential development comprising 42 plots, divided into three distinct typologies. Each typology responds uniquely to its plot size, orientation, and terrain while sharing a unified architectural language rooted in site sensitivity and environmental responsiveness

Each villa typology is envisioned as an extension of the land it inhabits, emphasizing natural light, cross-ventilation, and seamless indoor-outdoor connections.

Villa A is low-lying and grounded, camouflaged in earthy hues and textures. Conceived along a central axis that binds four quadrants, the home opens into green pockets at every turn. Interconnected volumes and a climate-responsive layout ensure natural light, ventilation, and a seamless dialogue between built and open spaces. The architecture seeks not to dominate, but to breathe and evolve with the landscape.

Villa B embraces the site’s natural contours, stepping gently along the terrain to create layered, interconnected spaces. Built forms breathe with the landscape, minimizing excavation while maximizing views of trees, sky, and gardens. Naturally lit and well-ventilated interiors reduce dependence on artificial systems, allowing the home to slow down to the rhythm of nature

Villa C is anchored by a central green spine that draws the outdoors inward. Acting as both visual and climatic core, this linear courtyard connects different parts of the house while enhancingcross-ventilation and daylight. The design balances distinction and unity, creating a harmonious flow of movement, interaction, and spatial continuity

Together, the three typologies establish a cohesive architectural identity for Kasu—one that balances individuality with uniformity, and modern living with the rhythms of Goa’s natural environment
