Ayana

Ayana is envisioned as an adaptable venue for celebrations and gatherings, designed to host a wide spectrum of events within a one-acre site on the outskirts of Bengaluru. The rectangular plot’s linearity is reinforced through a strong central axis that organizes movement and spatial sequencing across the property.

From the parking zone, an arched entrance plaza leads toward the farmhouse at the far end, with a small shrine positioned to the northeast of the entry. The site unfolds into three distinct event settings—the pavilion, outdoor pool, and farmhouse—each offering a unique spatial experience and striking visual backdrop. The pavilion’s intersecting arches and transparent roof create a dramatic focal point, while the adjacent pool introduces a serene counterbalance. The central axis culminates at the farmhouse, defined by soaring 7.5-metre arches and a sweeping tiled roof

The farmhouse’s ground floor features stepped seating, a central dining space, and an island kitchen, anchored by a staircase that doubles as a performance stage against a rubble-stone backdrop. Guest rooms occupy the first floor on either side of the stair. With expansive vistas and fluid, open spaces, Ayana offers a versatile architectural framework for memorable celebrations and shared experiences.
