Located on the outskirts of Bellary, the upcoming NB Infrastructure Corporate Office is a climate-responsive workspace designed for a transport and infrastructure company. Inspired by the contextual architecture of Hampi, the building adopts a monolithic expression through random stone masonry façades and minimal openings, reducing heat gain while creating a strong visual identity.

Massive stone walls layered with tropical creepers shield the structure from heat and dust, ensuring thermal comfort within. Locally quarried stone cladding lends the building an authentic, grounded character that blends seamlessly with the surrounding landscape. The ground floor accommodates office spaces, reception, and a waiting lounge, with a sculptural staircase acting as the spatial focal point. Management cabins and conference rooms occupy the first floor, organised around a central courtyard.

At the heart of the cubic form lies a traditional southern-style courtyard with a water pond, enhancing passive cooling and enriching the workplace ambience. Rooted in place and climate, the office emerges as a contemporary workspace that respectfully responds to its local context
