The design narrative at the Plegma Office is a spatial manifestation of the ethos anchored by the client’s firm and its founder. A corporate builder by occupation, the client was a former expatriate who founded this corporate venture from the ground up, conjuring his professional venture to life, whilst staying rooted in his inherent sensibilities and the brand’s vision. The workplace traverses two consecutive floors in a commercial complex in the suburb of HSR Layout, Bangalore. All spaces are consciously woven together in a format that allows the spatial interface to be engaging, open and interactive.

The linearity in the interior scheme takes its cues from the building site at its nascent stages of development. A substructure of reinforcements creates a basal skeleton of any civil structure — this network of linear structural members manifests itself as the conceptual impetus at the Plegma Office.

The Plegma Office celebrates the simplicity of design nuances, where the workplace’s identity is responsive to the needs of its inhabitants. The curated spaces in the office weave together an engaging and elevated working environment that lets contemporary design assume a pivotal role in defining a workplace of today that caters to the future.
